These Terms of Use govern your use of drivelow.com. By using the site or submitting a request, you agree to them.

What DriveLow is — and isn't

DriveLow is a matching service. We connect people looking for vehicle financing or a vehicle with participating licensed dealerships. We are not a lender, a loan broker, or a motor vehicle dealer. We do not make credit decisions, extend credit, quote financing terms, buy or sell vehicles, or appraise vehicles. Every credit decision, offer, price, payment, and sale comes from a dealership and its lenders — not from us.

No guarantee

Submitting a request does not guarantee that you will be approved for financing, matched with a dealership, offered any particular vehicle, rate, payment, or trade-in value, or contacted within any particular time. Phrases like "get approved" describe the goal of the service, not a promised outcome.

Your submission

You agree that the information you submit is accurate, about yourself, and submitted with authority to do so. You must be at least 18. You agree we may transmit your information to participating dealerships and service providers as described in our Privacy Policy. Communications consent you give on the form is recorded, and consent is not a condition of purchase.

Acceptable use

You agree not to submit false or automated entries, interfere with the operation of the site, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may refuse, discard, or block submissions at our discretion.

Intellectual property

The DriveLow name, logo, site design, and content are our property or used with permission and may not be copied or used without written consent.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DriveLow and its owners, operators, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for the acts or omissions of any dealership or lender, arising out of or relating to the site or the service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Dealership relationships

Participating dealerships are independent businesses. We may receive compensation in connection with referrals. We are not responsible for their advertising, offers, financing terms, or conduct.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
